Crab Walk

How to do it
Sit with hands behind the hips and feet flat, lift the hips into a reverse tabletop, then walk forward or backward moving opposite hand and foot while the hips stay lifted the whole time.

Common mistakes
- Letting the hips sink toward the floor between steps, which turns it into a rest
- Letting the head fall back and hang, which strains the neck
- Placing the hands far behind the shoulders and cranking the wrists
