1. Acceptance of terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and Abrobot Technologies ("ABROFIT," "we," "us," or "our"), a company operating under the laws of India. ABROFIT is our AI fitness application. By accessing or using ABROFIT — through our website, app, payment portal, or any other channel — or by purchasing any plan, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to independently register for, purchase, or use ABROFIT. If you are under 18, you may use the service only under the supervision and with the consent of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to these Terms on your behalf. You represent that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

3. Health & fitness disclaimer

ABROFIT provides general fitness, exercise and nutrition information and AI-generated guidance for informational purposes only. It is not medical advice and is not a substitute for consultation with a qualified physician, dietitian or healthcare professional. Consult your doctor before beginning any exercise or nutrition programme, especially if you have a medical condition, are pregnant, or are injured. You participate in any physical activity at your own risk. ABROFIT does not guarantee any specific fitness, weight, or health outcome.

4. Plans

ABROFIT offers the plans below. All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR). Plan names, prices and included features are rendered directly from our single pricing source, so this list is always identical to the one shown on Products & Pricing and inside the app.

Pro is the only plan that can be purchased directly in the app. Elite and Enterprise are arranged with our team before any payment is taken, because they include human-delivered services (coach plan reviews, form-check feedback, priority 1:1 support) and scoped deployment work that we agree with you individually rather than activate automatically. We do not sell any one-time service products at present.

We may modify, discontinue or alter features or pricing at any time with reasonable notice, without affecting purchases already completed.

5. Payment & billing — prepaid, no auto-renewal

Plans are arranged directly with our team — no card or UPI details are collected in the app — and all prices are in INR. Paid access is prepaid and does not renew: each purchase is a single one-time payment that adds a fixed period (one month or one year) of premium access to your account. We do not create a recurring mandate, standing instruction, e-mandate or auto-debit of any kind, and we will never charge you again automatically. When the purchased period ends, premium features simply switch off and your account returns to the free Starter plan — there is nothing to cancel, and no cancellation deadline to meet. If you want to continue, you make a new purchase whenever you choose.

All prices shown are inclusive of all applicable taxes — the amount displayed is the amount charged, with nothing added at checkout.

6. Refunds & cancellations

Our refund and cancellation terms are described in full on our Refunds & Cancellations page, which forms part of these Terms. In summary: paid access includes a 7-day money-back guarantee on your first purchase. Because access never renews automatically, there is no renewal charge to cancel and no cancellation step to perform — access ends by itself at the end of the period you paid for, and unused time in a period already purchased is not refunded except under that guarantee or where the fault is ours.

7. AI usage

Free plan: new accounts receive a limited number of trial AI credits (currently 20) usable during a short introductory window (currently 3 days). These credits are promotional, non-transferable, hold no monetary value and cannot be redeemed for cash. Once they are used the app continues to work, with the built-in non-AI coach responses.

Paid plans: AI features are not metered. We do not allocate a monthly credit quota to paid accounts, so there is no allowance to exhaust, expire or roll over. Use is subject to fair use: we may rate-limit or suspend access where we detect automated, abusive or abnormal usage.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to: use the platform for unlawful, fraudulent or harmful purposes; reverse-engineer, scrape or resell the platform; share your account credentials; or upload content that infringes intellectual property or is harmful. Violations may result in immediate suspension without refund.

9. Intellectual property

All content, software, algorithms, designs, logos and branding within ABROFIT are the exclusive property of Abrobot Technologies, protected under Indian IP laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify or commercially exploit any of it without our prior written permission.

10. Privacy & data

By using ABROFIT you consent to the collection, storage and processing of your personal data as needed to operate the service. We do not sell your personal data to third parties. You may request access to, or deletion of, your data at any time by emailing contact@mnbresearch.com.

11. Limitation of liability

ABROFIT is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Abrobot Technologies and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for any injury arising from your participation in physical activity. Our total aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12. Termination

You may stop using ABROFIT at any time. Because access is prepaid and never auto-renews, stopping costs you nothing and requires no cancellation: any period you have already paid for runs to its end date and is not refunded pro rata. To have your account closed, email us at contact@mnbresearch.com. We may suspend or terminate your account without notice for breach of these Terms or fraudulent activity, with no refund issued.

13. Governing law & disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of India. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Delhi, India. Both parties agree to attempt good-faith negotiation for 30 days before initiating legal proceedings.

14. Amendments

We may revise these Terms at any time. We will update the effective date and notify users where appropriate. Continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
