Start in a hollow position with arms overhead and legs hovering, then fold at the same time by tucking the knees to the chest and reaching the hands past the shins, and unfold back to the hollow.

Common mistakes
- Resting the feet and shoulders on the floor between reps instead of staying hollow throughout
- Letting the back arch in the open position — lower only to where it stays flat
- Tucking with just the legs while the upper body stays flat on the floor
Variations
- Keep the shoulders down and move only the legs
- Pause two seconds in the tucked position
- Progress to the straight-leg V-up
