Common mistakes
- Rounding the lower back and collapsing backward instead of keeping the chest tall
- Letting the feet tap the floor between reps, which kills the tension
- Rocking the whole torso back and forth to swing the knees in
Variations
- Feet tap the floor lightly between reps as a regression
- Perform on a bench for a bigger range
- Hold a light dumbbell between the feet
