Tuck Hollow Hold

How to do it
Lie on your back, press the lower back flat into the floor, then lift the shoulder blades and the tucked knees off the ground at the same time and hold with the arms reaching alongside the knees.

Common mistakes
- Letting the lower back peel off the floor — if light shows under it, tuck the knees closer
- Pulling on the head with the hands instead of letting the abs hold the shoulders up
- Bobbing up and down rather than holding one still position
Variations
- One leg extended at a time
- Both legs extended for the full hollow hold
- Hold 10 seconds on, 10 off for five rounds
