How to do it
Hold a heavy dumbbell at your side in one hand and a much lighter one in the other, then walk in a straight line keeping both shoulders level and square as the uneven load tries to tip you.

Common mistakes
- Letting the heavy-side shoulder drop and the torso bend toward it
- Leaning away from the heavy weight to counterbalance instead of staying upright
- Letting the loaded arm swing forward and back with each stride

- Farmer handle in one hand, kettlebell racked in the other
- Walk out heavy-right, walk back heavy-left
- Add turns at each end of the walk
