Hold the top of a glute bridge and slowly lift one knee toward the chest, place it back down, then lift the other, keeping the hips level and high the entire time.

Common mistakes
- Letting the hips sink toward the floor as soon as one foot leaves it
- Rushing the marches so the pelvis rocks side to side instead of staying square
- Lifting the knee so high the pelvis tucks under and the glutes switch off
