Face away from a low pulley with a rope passed between your legs, walk out until the cable is taut, then hinge the hips back letting the rope travel behind you and snap the hips forward to stand tall.

Common mistakes
- Pulling the rope forward with the arms instead of letting the hips do all the work
- Squatting down rather than pushing the hips straight back toward the stack
- Leaning back at the top instead of finishing vertical with the glutes squeezed
