Stand between two high pulleys with arms out at shoulder height holding a handle in each hand, then curl the handles toward your ears keeping the upper arms parallel to the floor.

Common mistakes
- Letting the upper arms drop below shoulder height as the set goes on
- Standing off-centre so one arm gets a longer cable path than the other
- Loading heavy — this is a peak-contraction exercise, not a strength lift
