Cable Biceps Curl
Pull · biceps · beginner
Start
FinishHow to do it

Muscles worked
Primary: biceps · Also works: forearms
Equipment
Cables, Full gym
Common mistakes
- Standing directly over the pulley, which lets the cable go slack at the bottom of every rep
- Letting the stack slam down at the end of the lowering phase
- Leaning back so the cable's pull is countered by bodyweight rather than by the biceps
Variations
- Single-arm cable curl
- Rope cable curl finishing with the palms turned out
