Dumbbell Front Squat

Rest a dumbbell on each shoulder with the elbows pointed forward, brace hard, then squat down between the knees keeping the torso as upright as you can and stand back up.

Common mistakes
- Letting the elbows drop, which pulls the dumbbells forward and dumps you onto your toes
- Using dumbbells so heavy the shoulders fail before the legs do
- Rounding the lower back at the bottom rather than stopping where the pelvis stays neutral
