Resistance Band Face Pull

Anchor a band at roughly eye height, hold it with both hands palms down, and pull it toward your forehead so the hands separate and end up beside your ears with elbows high.

- Pulling the band to the chest instead of the face, which drops the elbows and removes the rear delt
- Letting the elbows sink below the wrists at the finish
