Grip the bar underhand just wider than the shoulders, lower it to the lower-mid chest with the elbows tucked tight, and press back up over the upper chest.

- Attempting it without a spotter, since the underhand grip is easy to lose
- Using a thumbless grip, which is how this lift drops on people
