Lower into a push-up, then drive up hard enough that the hands leave the floor, clap, and land with soft elbows straight back into the next rep.

- Landing on locked-out straight arms instead of absorbing with bent elbows
- Only lifting the hands an inch, which is just a fast push-up
- Continuing the set once the chest stops touching the floor
