Anchor a band low beside your foot, grip it with both hands near the outside knee, then rotate the ribcage and drive the hands diagonally up and across to above the opposite shoulder.

- Lifting with the arms and shoulders while the torso never rotates
- Leaning backward at the top instead of finishing tall with the ribs down
- Letting the band snap the arms back down rather than resisting the return
